5G Signal Processing: AI Engine for Generic Compute

This demonstration includes:

  • AI Engine in AMD Versal™ AI Core devices as generic compute resource for both AI/ML tasks and 5G signal processing on two identical VCK190 evaluation boards.
  • One demonstrates a real-time object identification system running on AI Engine.
  • The other shows an 8T8R 200MHz ORAN 7.2b partitioned radio, in which AI Engine handles all heavy-lifting signal processing functions like beamforming, FFT, filtering, Crestor Factor reduction, and digital pre-distortion.
Advanced Low-PHY DFE Algorithm Implementation and Autonomous Driving

This demo showcases the power of Versal™ AI Core in autonomous driving and ADAS applications. It supports real-time object detection, classification, segmentation, lane tracking, and driver monitoring with simultaneous execution of multiple ML networks.

Zynq RFSoC DFE Demo with indoor small cell RF Front End from iCana

Based on AMD Zynq™ UltraScale+™ RFSoC DFE ZCU670 Evaluation Kit and iCana 5G NR FR1 RF Front-End Reference Design, this solution is designed for indoor small-cell systems.

ArrayComm 5G Quad-cell E2E Solution

A low-latency, high-throughput, high-performance 5G end-to-end solution based on the AMD platform.

5G Billing Solution

The AISWare Billing system leverages the robust concurrent computing power of EPYC™ processors, to help achieve cost reduction, increased efficiency, and energy savings.

Web security isolation system

Leveraging the powerful real-time computing capabilities of AMD EPYC™ processors, Eversec Yunhe (XaaS) enables bidirectional access isolation for web communication, effectively segregating network risks from web business systems. This solution helps to safeguards customer web applications and effectively addresses dynamic security risks in the digital landscape.
5G Users Plane Function on AMD EPYC

ZTE's 5G Core Network User Plane Function (UPF) has successfully conducted performance testing and deployment on AMD EPYC™ Milan series processors. When utilizing a traditional pure software forwarding architecture, ZTE UPF demonstrates superior performance compared to similar hardware platforms.
