Cause

This popup message may be displayed upon launch if the version of AMD Software is not compatible with the currently installed AMD graphics driver. AMD Software will not launch after closing the popup message.

Recommendation

To help resolve this issue, please run the AMD Software Compatibility Tool. This utility should automatically find and install a compatible version of AMD Software for the currently installed AMD graphics driver.

By running the AMD Software Compatibility Tool, you are confirming that you have read and agree to be bound by the End User License Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you do not have a license or permission to use and/or download the software.

Please note that AMD graphics drivers provided in advance to users participating in the Windows Insider Program may not have a compatible version of AMD Software available. Therefore, these systems may not have useful AMD Software until a matching version is available.
