We are currently aware of a situation with our new AMD Ryzen™ 7000 series AM5 platforms where certain features of AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition™ are not present when an AMD Radeon™ discrete graphics card is installed. Our engineering teams are working to address this issue with a solution coming soon.

In the meantime, if you wish to specifically use our capture, record and streaming capabilities, or Radeon™ Super Resolution, please disable your onboard iGPU through the Microsoft® Windows® device manager, otherwise, no change is needed.

To disable your onboard graphics, follow the steps below:

  1. Right-click the Windows Start button and select Device Manager.

  2. In Device Manager, expand Display Adaptors.

  3. Right-click on AMD Radeon(TM) Graphics and select Disable device.

  4. Click Yes when prompted.
