AOCL-ScaLAPACK is a high performant library of linear algebra routines for parallel distributed memory machines used to solve linear systems, least squares problems, eigenvalue problems, and singular value problems. Optimized for AMD “Zen”-based processors, AOCL-ScaLAPACK is recommended to be used with AOCL-BLAS and AOCL-LAPACK as it is dependent on external libraries BLAS and LAPACK.
Highlights of AOCL-ScaLAPACK 5.0
- Ability to build ScaLAPACK library without building test framework
- Tracing and Logging feature enabled for all APIs including single precision
- Test suite framework enhancements:
- Improvements to accuracy tests including testing with different input generation mechanisms
- Addition of extreme values, negative, and corner test cases
- Minor bug fixes and code quality improvement changes
