AMD SmartShift Eco lets you play longer unplugged — from 55 minutes to nearly three hours4 of gameplay! When on the go, games use the AMD Ryzen™ processors’ integrated graphics. When plugged in, the laptop automatically shifts to AMD Radeon™ graphics for full-performance gaming.
SmartShift RSR
Upscale your gameplay while maintaining high FPS
AMD SmartShift RSR1 adds a layer of intelligence to Radeon Super Resolution2 (RSR). While gaming, SmartShift RSR automatically divides the placement of game rendering and upscaling allowing gamers to enjoy the most demanding visual features, including raytracing, while maintaining the high standards of performance expected with AMD Radeon graphics.

SmartAccess Video
An overall faster video editing and transcoding experience
AMD SmartAccess Video accesses the video compression engines across both the AMD Ryzen™ processor and the AMD Radeon™ graphics to distribute video related encoding and decoding tasks to provide faster transcoding speeds, fewer dropped frames and a smooth editing experience. Experience SmartAccess Video in DaVinci Resolve Studio 18.5 or later.
